Becoming mainstream, an online auction is ideal for any type of estate. Items are sold in an online estate auction where buyers bid on the items, then winners pick-up onsite. Supports HOA rules, gated communities, privacy concerns, less invasive to the property and are safe as the property address is not made public. Online auctions are a 55/45 commission split (55% client, 45% liquidator) from gross proceeds. Online auctions range from a 10 up to a 21 day process. Post sale cleanouts may be an additional cost.

Estate buyouts range from no commission up to 25% commission from gross proceeds, depending on the process. Buyouts are fast and efficient and can be done in a week. Post sale cleanouts may be an additional cost.
An estate appraisal is ideal or necessary for probate, large charitable donation values, court or attorney ordered, insurance coverage, estate planning, or to settle family disputes. An estate appraisal rate is $90 per hour. The International Society of Appraisers, Uniform Standards and Professional Appraisal Practices and or IRS rules and guidelines are always strictly adhered to.
